Double Unders Clinic with Rx Smart Gear

Crossfit 1886 is proud to be hosting a double under seminar on Saturday, February 4th from 9:30am - 12:30pm.

The clinic (led by Dave Newman, the owner of RX Smart Gear) will be a 2 and a half hour long seminar that will help you take a massive leap toward mastering double unders. The cost of the seminar will also include your own personal jump rope as well.

From those who have yet to do a single double under, to those who can string a handful together, and even those who can do large sets of double unders unbroken you will get new improvement and cues that will exponentially improve your double unders. More details will follow but just wanted y'all to save the date.
